Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Titli. We offer a simple 7-day return process.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories (both batteries, remote) and original packaging.

Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification; items returned after 7 days; clearance items.

Email support@thetitli.com with your order number. We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
