Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Titli. If for any reason you are not, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds work. All orders from thetitli.com are sold by Draze Robotics Private Limited.

1. Order Cancellation (before dispatch)

You may cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched by emailing support@thetitli.com with your order number. Cancellation requests are actioned within 1 business day, and refunds for cancelled orders are initiated within 2 business days.

2. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after 7 days cannot be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
  • Returned with all accessories and items originally included — both batteries, remote, charging dock, manual, warranty card and numbered certificate.
  • Returned in the original product packaging and outer box.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use, drop, water damage, tampering or unauthorised modification.
  • Items with missing accessories, batteries, remote, packaging or certificate of authenticity.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.
  • Clearance, promotional or custom-finished editions (where explicitly marked non-returnable).
  • Gift cards.

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@thetitli.com from your registered email with the subject line “Return Request — [Order Number]”.
  2. Include the reason for return and clear photos/video of the item and packaging.
  3. We will respond within 1 business day with return authorisation and pickup instructions.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, transit damage), we will arrange a free reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect order), the customer bears the return shipping cost. Alternatively, we can arrange courier pickup and deduct the cost from the refund.

Returns must be shipped by a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit when shipped by the customer.

7. Inspection & Approval

Once your return reaches us, we inspect it within 3 business days and notify you of approval or rejection by email. Approved returns proceed to refund/exchange. Rejected returns will be shipped back to you at the customer’s cost.

8. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval.
  • Depending on your bank, the credit typically appears within 7–10 business days.
  • For prepaid orders with free shipping, the full product price (inclusive of GST) is refunded.
  • If a return pickup was arranged by us for a non-defect reason, the actual pickup cost may be deducted from the refund.

9. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different colour edition, please request a return as above and place a new order. Subject to availability, we can ship the new edition before receiving the returned item if you retain both until the exchange is complete; a temporary hold equal to the product price may apply.

10. Damaged / Defective on Arrival

If your Titli arrives damaged or does not power on, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video (if available). We will replace the unit free of charge or issue a full refund, at your preference.

11. Warranty Repairs

Issues arising outside the 7-day return window but within the applicable manufacturer warranty are handled as warranty repairs, not returns. See our Terms & Conditions, clause 10, for warranty details.

12. Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
