These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of thetitli.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of any product offered on it. The Website is owned and operated by Draze Robotics Private Limited. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Product

“The Titli” is a limited-production, handcrafted mechanical flying toy that uses biomimetic engineering to replicate the flight of a butterfly. It is an electro-mechanical device. No real butterflies are used or sold. Each colour edition is produced in a limited run and individually numbered. Once a colour edition is sold out, it is retired and not reproduced.

3. Eligibility & Recommended Age

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Website. The product is recommended for users aged 14 years and above and should be operated under adult supervision.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and receive successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in price or description, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

6. Payment

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking and select digital wallets, processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner (Razorpay Software Private Limited). All transactions are secured using industry-standard encryption. We do not store card or UPI credentials.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

8. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch by emailing support@thetitli.com with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Warranty

Each Titli device is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of wings, motor, batteries and consumable parts.
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, drop, water ingress, unauthorised modification or repair.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
• Loss or theft of the product.

Warranty claims are handled through service at our Delhi facility. Shipping to our facility for warranty service is borne by the customer.

11. Battery & Safety

The product contains a small lithium-polymer cell. Do not puncture, incinerate, expose to temperatures above 60°C or short-circuit the battery. Charge only with the supplied magnetic USB dock. Operate indoors or in enclosed outdoor spaces free of open flames, ceiling fans, children and pets. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product designs, 3D models and source code — is the exclusive property of Draze Robotics Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. “The Titli” and the Titli butterfly mark are trademarks of Draze Robotics Private Limited. Reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, and not to upload any malicious code, harmful content or misleading information.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the express limited warranty in clause 10, the product and the Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Draze Robotics Private Limited arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, civil unrest, governmental actions, or interruption of utilities or the Internet.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi.

18. Grievance Redressal

19. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Website after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
