Shipping Policy

Every Titli is handcrafted, individually tested and packaged with care by Draze Robotics Private Limited. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, dispatched and delivered.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship anywhere in India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Because every device is handcrafted to order, the following processing applies before dispatch:

  • In-stock colour editions: 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order colour editions: 7–10 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery times within India are:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, weather, regional restrictions or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India. No hidden charges. All applicable GST is included in the product price.

5. Payment Modes Accepted

We accept the following payment modes: credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking and select digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available for The Titli due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of the product.

6. Shipping Partners

We dispatch orders through reputed courier partner Blue Dart Express Limited. The actual carrier assigned to your order depends on your pincode and product availability at our dispatch hub.

7. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email and SMS you a tracking link along with the courier name and AWB number. You can track your order 24 hours after dispatch.

8. Invoice & GST

A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order. The invoice is included with the shipment and also emailed to you in PDF form. For B2B orders, please enter your GSTIN at checkout.

9. Packaging

Each Titli ships in a protective premium gift box with foam inserts, moisture-absorber and outer corrugated packaging to prevent transit damage. The package is unbranded on the outside for security.

10. Undeliverable Addresses & Failed Delivery

Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer refusal to accept, the package is returned to us. In such cases:

  • The customer may request re-shipment by paying the additional shipping charge.
  • If re-shipment is declined, the order will be refunded after deducting to-and-fro courier charges.

11. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If the outer package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video before opening. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thetitli.com with your order number, photos and/or video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

12. Delayed Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time frame, please contact us at support@thetitli.com. We will investigate with the courier partner and keep you updated.

13. Restricted Pincodes

Certain remote or restricted pincodes may be marked as non-serviceable by our courier partners. In such cases we will contact you to arrange an alternative address or offer a full refund.
