1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Each device is handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch.

Within India: 5–8 business days after dispatch. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Free shipping on all orders across India. No hidden charges.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Each device ships in a premium gift box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and email us within 48 hours at support@thetitli.com. We will arrange a replacement.
